Joan has over 30 years of experience working in the accounting field specific to construction and real estate management. Always organized, positive, and energetic, Joan has implemented state of the art accounting and project management systems which provide for effective budget forecasting, invoicing, payables and labor force management. Joan also handles financial reporting, compliance, and payroll. 

 

Joan resides in Breezy Point, NY with her husband Cliff, and their three children, Mathew, Cliff, and Brianna. In her spare time, Joan is a volunteer EMT and Lieutenant at the Rockaway Point Fire Department. A tri-athlete, she competes in various charity events including the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, AMOC- Autism Move-a-Thon of Orange County. She enjoys hiking, running, biking and swimming.
